Preliminary programming and basis of design report for a proposed 600,000 S.F. transmission manufacturing plant. Consulting services focused on departmental needs analysis and planning for plumbing and fire protection system requirements. Assessment report evaluated anticipated domestic water demand, design criteria and system characteristics based on available flow data, storm water drainage concerns, acid waste and vent provisions, and interior drainage system solutions to accommodate the large-scale manufacturing facility.

Consulting services to provide facility engineering and long-term programming for a feed processing plant in southern Wisconsin. Projects include the development of a facility storm water management plan for DNR approval (integrated with an existing on-site wastewater treatment plant), renovation and expansion of two existing office buildings, preparation of a facility traffic flow and storage assessment study for a proposed warehouse expansion, and a structural assessment report for interior process and equipment modifications.

Fire protection design services for the expansion of an existing buffer warehouse (refrigerated) and the addition of a separate spill containment facility in Columbia, Missouri. The new containment facility included potential storage of 1,000 gallons of sulfuric acid, 300 gallons of diesel fuel, and up to 1,000 gallons of used oil.

Review of existing fire pump capacity to accommodate a 37,000 S.F. warehouse expansion (ambient storage) at an existing distribution plant in Wausau, Wisconsin. Primary storage at the facility included powdered cheese containers with racked storage up to 20 feet. |
