Fire protection design services and plumbing review for the new water commission facility. Project involvement included fire protection design services for two independent wet pipe systems (Administration Building and Storage Garage), a pre-action system (Chemical Storage Building), and a deluge system (Chlorine Dioxide Feed Room). Plumbing review services (QA/QC) were provided to lead MEP design firm to assist with the design of the domestic services, laboratory spaces, and emergency shower and eyewash stations.

Creation of an online O&M manual for various levels of plant knowledge (including equipment operators, general visitors, and technical support staff). Our involvement included the generation of two technical chapters (Preliminary & Primary Treatment) and included the following sections: definitions, process descriptions, process and instrumentation diagrams, pictures, equipment operation, controls, safety and alarms, and troubleshooting.
